4. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made by phone, LINE, email, or through our website contact form.
Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and may vary depending on the pet’s weight, distance for pick-up, and chosen memorial options.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the service date.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated by our team.
Once a cremation or ceremony has been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Before service confirmation: You may cancel without charge.
After confirmation but before service execution: A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative or logistical costs.
After service completion: No refunds are available.

In the rare event that we cannot fulfill a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Peaceful Paws will issue a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

6. Service Limitations

While we take the utmost care with every pet, Peaceful Paws cannot be held responsible for:

Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Emotional outcomes resulting from grief or personal loss.

We handle every service with dignity and compassion, but we do not guarantee any specific emotional or spiritual results.
